REPORTS UPDATES ON BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

Mr. Carl Hammonds, President of Hammonds Technical Services, Inc. ("Hammonds") today reported the update on certain product manufactured by Hammonds. Mr. Hammond stated that Kellog Brown and Root took delivery of six 4T-4A 800 MIL multiple additive systems bound for Iraq on May 30th. The U. S. Army’s specification tactical injector will be used by contractors to provide military specification JP-8 fuel. This equipment is normally supplied directly to the military accept in cases where fuel delivery is contracted to the private sector. Contractors are required to provide services compatible with existing equipment and specifications. The Hammonds 4T-4A 800 MIL injector is currently the specification used by the U.S. Army. The unit was designed to meet Army specifications for a tactical system that includes full field support for parts, tools and mobile testing Hammonds has supplied the 4T-4A 800 MIL as part of a larger Fuel System Supply Point and Tactical Petroleum Terminal system that has undergone First Article Testing. Last published requirements for this procurement stated a need of 424 units that would be supplied through 2010.This $176,112 order is one of several transactions tied to supplying fuel treatment capabilities to our troops in Iraq and other locations where Hammonds plays a key role in providing specification fuel to U.S. military operations. Hammonds also supplies large pipeline and ship loading systems to major oil companies in the United States and many allied countries where our military receives fuel. Current active projects total a unit requirement of approximately 925 4T-4A 800 MIL injectors over the next five years with a current value in excess of $24 million.
